This motel is extremely quiet and has the most comfy beds. When inside the room it was very sound proof, even with the airport close by and other loud speaking guests. Room had a really good view. Stayed a week and was a very good stay. Thanks and can't wait to stay again.

Located in Frankton, Sudima was convenient for us as we flew home the following day. There were some shops nearby and a few eateries but we chose to drive into Queenstown for dinner.
The hotel was quite new; the rooms and public areas are comfortable and in good condition, the staff are helpful.
Breakfast was average in quality, with definite room for improvement. Fresh juice self serve machine was a big plus.
Overall, we were happy with the experience.Despite being near the airport, we heard no noise.

The property was great and very clean, The allocated room wasn't ready when trying to check in at 3:30 pm, fortunately, we were moved to another room. Dinner at the restaurant was below average. Kid's room is a wonderful idea and was great

This is an excellent hotel in a really nice location. There are lots of excellent shopping and dining options in this area, including a 24 hour laundromat and Woolworths. It's 5 mins from the Queenstown Airport. The in house dining option - Podium is really good. It's also not far from the Frankton Bus Interchange, which is the pickup spot for many tour buses. The Queenstown city center is around 15-20 mins away and I recommend taking an Uber/taxi there because parking can be a pain. Really nice and new hotel in a very nice, less crowded part of Queenstown. Highly recommended.

I was waiting at the lobby for 45 minutes to check in as our room was not ready.
When the room was ready, the staff didn’t come to inform us but keep us waiting there.

Clean and modern hotel with spacious room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My wife and son liked the hotel and we were all comfortable staying in the hotel. We will always book the hotel when we visit Queenstown again.
