The Lofts Apartments

Fantastic Location in central Queenstown. Very well equipped apartment.

The property is conveniently located for walking around the center of town but felt rather run down. We had plenty of space in the unit we had for the 3 of us (no shortage of beds), but I was concerned that there might be mold in the carpets. I'm glad our stay was limited to a single night.

Perfect for location if wining and dining your way around town. Everything is within a very short walk. Love the big balcony with a view. Stayed in Room 302 - 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Rooms definitely outdated and cleaning and hygiene was an issue. There were used women’s sanitary items left in the bathroom bin, the microwave didn’t have a working turn table, there was broken glassware in the kitchen cupboard, there was 7 used and very old and dirty scouring sponges under the sink, no laundry powder (but then was provided when asked), washer/dryer tricky to operate and was in the main bathroom so awkward to access for rest of people staying in the apartment, no air conditioning in the bedrooms. As there are no fly screens, unable to open any doors or windows as the place quickly filled up with flies. NZ definitely needs fly screens! Overall the place is perfect for location if you don’t mind the place being outdated and not clean/functional/cool in summer.

Staff very helpful Property needs new deco and curtains A bit dated. To unable to use TV staff tried called engineer to get fixed but no luck disappointing as in a great location in the centre of town

Run down accommodation and many issues in the room that I’m in with my family. The room had mould issues and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working. Overall condition is quite run down. Not happy with the place which I’m paying 500 a night for.

We arrived at 1945, check in was advertised as 2000 close, no one around, knocked on a couple of doors and looked around then a guy appeared and said your key is in your room, as if we should know what he meant…we had no email so didn’t know our room number. Apart from that pretty good place, very close to everything in the centre, all clean and tidy if a little dated….

Excellent location. The unit was a bit dated but served the purpose. On site parking was extra.

very low quality, noisy floor and outside noise, blind in kitchen wa filthy, poor water pressure, cook top didnt work, bed was hard, good heat pump but struggled to put out enough heat

The position to the town was excellent. You could walk everywhere. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very warm and cosy. Bathroom needs a little upgrading. Looking a bit tired. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely, spacious apartment. Hosts that go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Very happy

Ideal location for Ultimate Hikes trip, close to grocery store, Bakery, restaurants, hiking.

This is our third time staying in Queenstown. We have tried three different lodgings, and The Lofts is the first one we would repeat. It has a perfect location for our needs, and a reasonable price. Looking forward to our next visit.

What was photographed and promised was certainly disappointing on arrival. A very dated apartment charged at an exorbitant price.
