Comfortable room. Three rooms were in a weird area with the laundry which was humid. But once in the room it was all ok.
Mini kitchen was good. Walking distance to the Octagon and shops. We ate at the hotels restaurant which was ok. (It was raining heavily outside otherwise we would probably have eaten elsewhere just to be able to go out)

found the free for overnight parking a big rip off . Have stayed here many times with my overseas guests, as a tour guide, this trip had 8 guests paid over $477 my guests did enjoy there stay sorry but just down the road 200 metres accommodation with free parking

We were charged $15 extra for parking. In the past this has been complimentary. We were told it's because of the booking site we used. We went for cheapest site but in the end it wasn't because of this. Just a note to be aware of this

Very noisy at nightime, the room service wasn't available, gym average as some equipment out of service, the water in the bathroom was very hot which was dangerous for kids. Would not recommend 😕

We had a two bedroom apartment, which was clean, well equipped and comfortable. WiFi in the bedroom was slow, better in the lounge. We were near the laundry which was noisy but finished before 10pm. The location was excellent, walking distance to the city centre, but there was some city noise outside in the early morning (not the hotel’s fault). Parking was useful, if a bit tight for our large hire car. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The cooked breakfast was nice, but the continental was disappointing - the pastry selection was just a small plate of supermarket croissants. I’d recommend eating in town instead - the Corner Store cafe was very good.
