Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Located very close to our weekend functions. Hosts were very welcoming, friendly and accommodated our special request, and that of neighbouring unit. Highly recommend, and would stay again should need accommodation in Waipukurau.

There were no electric blankets on the bed - a necessity I feel in the middle of winter. I spoke to Olivia about this and she took my feedback onboard - she supplied a hot water bottle!

Its a nice place but be warned its right on the highway (noise) and there's a big lit up petrol station next door (light).
My complaint is that I only booked it because the photo was of a pool on their Expedia profile (it was a VERY hot day!) and there is NO POOL. It got shut years ago!!! Shame on you Tukituki Motel! Change your photos!!!!

A dated motel but with double glazed windows, while it did have a heat pump to cool the air in the lounge and kitchenette, the only way to cool the bedrooms was to open the windows which bought in all the noise from the busy street, or the busy restaurant next door, or the busy petrol station across the road. Had an issue with mice eating the bread left on the kitchen bench, however the owners compensated us for our inconvenience. Lack of plugs in bedrooms to charge electric devices
