Lovely apartment in a great walkable location, close to everything. Great, easy parking in an allocated spot. We were apparently upgraded to the 7th (top) floor, south facing. A little cold and had to use the heater in January! Noisy seagulls but can't do much about that! Constant lift noise as we were next to the lift. Great washer/dryer and shower. Overall a very nice stay.

Great accomodation for short or long stay in Christchurch. Easy walking distance to the city centre and the tourist tram passes right past the building. Spacious and well appointed apartment with secure off street parking. Washer and dryer a bonus when staying for 4 nights as we did. Highly recommend if visiting Christchurch.

Nice apartment within walking distance of city center and restaurants. Allocated carpark for single vehicle. Well equipped kitchen and large clean fridge. Bathroom/shower is small but clean and in good condition. Living room is small but enough space for a couple. Bedroom is small for the king size bed, need to tip-toe around it to get to the wardrobe.
Overall good value, clean, and great location. Definitely recommended.

I had a great stay. It is safe and clean. The refrigerator might need some maintenance, because it never stopped running and froze my milk (even on the warmest setting). But overall, I was very satisfied.

Really wonderful staty...the reserved parking is invaluable in the area. Close to the CBD, and only 1/2 block walk to the Hop On/Off tourist team stop at the Quake City attraction. About 1 block away from large park which is great for runners.
Apartments were well furnished and bathrooms great. Good bedding/linens and quiet would really recommend this as the place to stay in Christchurch.

Nice clean flat, easy walk to dining, shopping, and nightlife. Carpark was nice. The apartment we got was different and smaller than the picture - so be aware of that.
