Great hotel close to the city centre of Belfast, friendly and efficient staff, very clean and environmentally friendly.

We checked in given room keys to room 314 we got into the room to discover someone else was in the room after going back to reception to explain we were treated very badly and rude by Inga the receptionist

A very helpful receptionist sorted out rooms on the same floor and car parking for the people transporting me around Belfast. This feels like a very upmarket hotel at basic chain prices with all the facilities anyone could want.

The hotel stated that the bed and bedding would be exceptional which I didn’t believe…… but I must admit that the bed and bedding were absolutely exceptional slept so well and didn’t want to get up! Would love to be able to purchase the bedding and pillows! Will definitely return!

Nice clean room very comfortable there was a wedding downstairs but the noise didn’t keep me awake, good soundproofing.

Be careful. They charge you for dinner even though you have a dinner bed and breakfast rate through hotels.com.

Located further from the Titanic Experience than hotel description would suggest. Water feature next to hotel full of litter. Some key staff (eg bar) poorly trained. No sign that a la carte breakfast available. Breakfast not really hot enough, some dishes empty, appropriate bowls/plates not always available, no cutlery out on table on one morning and difficult to find a member of staff to ask. Wardrobe facility very badly designed. Difficult to plug in hairdryer close enough to a mirror to be able to see to dry hair. Bathroom cold. Broken bath tap. Hot water had to be run for ages before heat came through. Toilet roll holder falling off. Cheapest toilet roll imaginable - not fit for purpose. Bathroom cosmetic dispensers very awkward to use. Absolutely not what we were expecting from this hotel. We hoped for a real treat for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary - it disappointed on so many counts. The one evening meal we had was good and well served, although staff could have been smarter, and the receptionist who booked our taxi was professional and very helpful.

A lovely evening dinner in the restaurant and the most amazing and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with very pleasant and helpful staff in attendance. We will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This is an excellent hotel in a green and pleasant redevelopment in central Belfast. Formerly the Radisson Blu, the rebrand and refresh have enlivened the hotel. The staff were wonderful. However, the WiFi in the room was patchy at best, and the toilet was faulty. Both were minor things, but I suggest that there are a few glitches that need ironing. However, I enjoyed my staff and would book again.
