Very impressed. Older style location loved the decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a junior suite very spacious, clean and comfortable. Meal in restaurant, enjoyed the baked salmon and dessert warm apple cake.
Great location just near the train terminus and walking distance to shopping.

Great old style & Great Breakfast. Nice & Calm atmoshere. Staff really helpful. Great location. Hotel was always warm. Lovely art around hotel. Definitely recommend this great hotel.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nicely done with decorative tile. Overall the hotel has a historic charm. For a hotel this size, would have been nice to have more spaces to lounge other than the dining rooms. We found one little area to hang out with friends and hotel staff was nice to bring extra chairs for us. They provided umbrellas for all of us which was a big plus as it rained quite a bit while we visited. Reception was very friendly. Parking in nearby garage was okay

The bedroom seemed a little tired and worn, which was both surprising and a bit disappointing, especially after the rather grand entrance lobby. Breakfast was great, even though we went down just before service was due to finish. The Wi-Fi was a little slow. All hotel staff that we met were friendly and helpful

Lovely old hotel with fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. Sadly no airconditioning and as our room was on the western side on a fairly warm day, (mid May) sleeping in a hot room proved difficult. Cannot imagine staying there in summer but happily stay again at a cooler time of the year.

Convenient location to bus train and tram stations. Easy access from airport. Short walk to shops, harbour, market and restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has vintage corridors design. Although with windows open, the streets can get noisy with trucks offloading but the stay was perfect. The check out process could be smoother by just dropping off the card instead of waiting for a staff.

We had easy walks to the Bergen downtown area to take the Tram up and down to hike. We enjoyed the Views of the town and harbor. Easy walks to Shopping and found many wonderful places to eat. Starbucks just down the street.

We stayed at The Grand Hotel Terminus for the night after enjoying a trip on one of the Hurtigruten ships. We didn't want to have to rush to the airport, but to have a little time to walk around Bergen.
We chose the TGHT as it was near to transport links and we could also leave our luggage...and what a wonderful choice we made for the final night of our Norwegian visit. The hotel had real character - Grand it was in every way. Our room, the dining, and the general ambiance. Thank you.
