Brilliant location. The place was super clean and quiet and the facilities were second to none. It was wonderful to have a laundry to do our washing and sit in the lounge and have a drink. Breakfast was sensational 😋

Very nice one day long staycation. Room was of nice standard, everything was squeaky clean and bed was comfortable. We chose this hotel because of the breakfast buffet, and it did not disappoint! 👌😋

Nice hotel, comfortable rrom, good breakfast.

The hotel was perfect, and so to was our night. Our ferry back from Norway to Denmark got cancelled at 4am, just after checking out and when we returned to the hotel, they were able to check us back in without any problems. Really great service. Also the hotel is beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable.

It was pefect and great location

terribly overprised. 170 Euros for one night - in a room without minibar! i fully understand that the demand is high right now, but there must be some decency. I feel robbed. breakfast was ok, nothing more. hotel is in good condition, room was clean. water pressure in shower is low, towels are rather small, rooms dont have aircon - and the room was rather cold.

The room was tiny and had no place to put clothes in, The room was hot and the a/c wasn’t good enough. WiFi wasn’t working on all rooms so we had to change the room to get access to a better WiFi. We also got a smaller room. All in all I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better hotels in town, and cheaper. Good travel people

Great place in the center of town close to everything yet very calm!! Nice staff.

Beautifully decorated and fresh hotel. Nice staff and good atmosphere. The breakfast was so so, probably a little less cause the virus.

Supert rom, super service, hadde behov for ekstra rom til en kollega etter en fuktig kveld på byen, det ordnet de uten problemer klokken 0330 på natten, beste frokosten i Norge uten sidestykke, trengte et par timer ekstra på å sjekke ut, ringte ned i resepsjonen og fikk dette kostnadsfritt, absolutt hotellet å velge ved opphold i Kristiansand

Vi var der en natt for familiebesøk, vi hadde et rom for tre personer. Størrelse på rommet var greit, renhold helt ypperlig og betjening både i resepsjon og på restaurant var fantastisk hyggelige, høflige og serviceinnstilte. Men lys på rom er ikke greit da det ikke finnes nattlys/nattbordslys for hver enkelt. Når jeg slo på lys for å se noe så går lyset på hele veien og vekker de to andre i tillegg til at lyset også da slås på over vinduer og i gang samtidig. Det er ganske håpløs ordning etter vår mening. I tillegg bør puter oppgraderes litt og kanskje rommet kunne hatt litt bilder eller annet, det var ganske "plain" selv om akkurat det ikke har så mye å si. TV funket dårlig da bildet hakket uansett hvilken kanal.
