Cabin was neat & tidy with everything you’d need & a good size too, staff were really helpful with us checking in late & explained everything perfectly & also once arrived polite & friendly, buffet breakfast was also really good, loads to choose from & tasty! Views from this location is simply an added bonus!

Really cosy and clean cabin. Perfect for our long weekend exploring Tromso and the surrounding area. The double bed is pretty small but otherwise the cabin was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t complain about anything. Will definitely be coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Pros: Beautiful cabins in a nice location
Cons: Staff not helpful. The property is far from the city center and walking 1 km to the bus stop with cold weather is not so easy for everyone, taxis are expensive.

Stayed there as a family of 4 in a cabin. Not the largest accommodation but that was intended as stayed outside dealing with the snow anyway.

Booked this hotel for a group of 4. Couldn't have asked for better, great location away from the main island, with amazing views and easy access to the cable car.
Room was able to warm up fast, shower was good, and the entire cabin was spacious.
Breakfast was as expected for a continental and a little expense as around £14 per person, but I've had much worse.
Hotel was around a 45 minute walk to the city centre, and the airport is around 10 minutes away via Uber.
Staff were great as we had to do some unique changes to our stay and they allowed us to stay in the same room across a different booking.

Room has a little bit of unpleasant smell when we first stepped in. Cooking stove took longer than usual to cook. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. We were lucky to catch aurora on 2nd night of our stay right outside the cabin.

Nice lodging facilities. Cute cabin. Public showers on excellent condition with private rooms. The showers could help the customer by having a place to hang the toiletries while showering, though.

Our lodge was great. It was clean, in really good condition and warm and cosy. The reception staff were really helpful and able to answer all of our questions. I'd recommend staying here if you want to stay outside of the city centre.
The location of the property was great, a 15 minute walk away from the Arctic Cathedral and a short bus ride into 'Central' Tromsø.
If you are travelling to or from the airport and not hiring a car, and it's snowing heavily, I would highly recommend a taxi.
Although the taxis in Tromsø are a bit of rip off (circa £30 to the airport), the distance from the lodges to the nearest bus stop is a few hundred meters, and dragging cases through snow was not fun and was hard work, as we found out when we arrived.
We made sure we booked a taxi (which can be done in reception on a tablet) back to the airport.

The cabin was beautiful, so comfortable, very warm and accommodated the party of four very easily. We walked everywhere and we needed a taxi. It picked us up from our front door. Also, the food at the cabin was delicious.

The information kit from the hotel was great, they give you a lot of information about Tromso before and during your stay. I would have rated five star if the hotel lets me what I should expect for the traditional cabin, I would have changed to deluxe cabin if I knew this ahead.

Very friendly and approachable staff..definitely recommended . Only disadvantage was intercom or no phones in room if we needed to call the front desk.. Overall highly recommended property to stay. Very cozy and relaxing ambience

The check in was seamless Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were informative about the lodging and outside excursions. The cabins were clean perfect for our group. Affordable and close to the center of town if you wanted to hear to the city .

Decent camp site. Room is clean and cozy.The environment is quiet and comfortable. I could see starry night and northern lights during my stays.
The pillow and bedsheet are not very clean.
