As a frequent traveler who has stayed in all types of hotels worldwide, I can confidently say that my experience at Hilton Suites Gulberg in Lahore was the worst ever. I initially booked a 7-night stay through Booking.com, but the reality was so unbearable that I had to leave after just 2 nights. Here’s why: - Overcharged Rates The hotel charged me 50% more than the confirmed rate on Booking.com without any prior communication. It was a "take it or leave it" situation—completely unethical and unacceptable. - Booking Canceled on Booking.com After I checked in, the hotel canceled my reservation on Booking.com, which seemed highly suspicious and unprofessional. - Misleading Photos The photos on Booking.com and other platforms are heavily photoshopped and don’t reflect reality. The actual conditions of the room were appalling: - Walls damaged by humidity. Disgusting smell coming from the bathroom and throughout the room. Bathroom poorly maintained, creating a nauseating environment. - Lack of Basic Amenities The room was missing essential features: No locking system for the door. No safe to store valuables. - Noise Issues The noise levels were intolerable: The room on the first floor was next to a wedding hall, with constant noise from guests coming and going all night. Sunday morning construction noise exceeding 80 dB began at 8 am, making rest impossible. Impact on My Stay The horrible smell, constant noise, and unsafe conditions severely impacted my physical and mental health. I had no choice but to leave after 2 nights, even though I had booked for 7 nights. Recommendation This hotel falls far below the most basic standards of hospitality and ethics. I strongly advise against staying here. The pictures I’ve attached show the stark contrast between the advertised and actual conditions. I hope this review serves as a warning to other travelers and pushes the hotel to address its serious shortcomings.

DO NOT STAY HERE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The pictures are decieving. We were treated wrong. Firstly we went to see the room, they showed us a room where the wall had holes in it. Then we told them to show us a different room, the next room they showed was left in the same state of the previous occupant. We told them to clean it whilst we go to eat. Came back to the room to see the toilet was still very dirty. It was late at night and we were so tired but we still called reception to get it cleaned. That took time. Then when it was time to sleep, we pulled back the duvet to see the bed was all so dirty, very dirty sheets, it was in a disgusting state. We then called the reception and complained about the bed, finally someone came to get it changed with clean sheets. It was about 2am or more by the time we could go to sleep. So basically they give people dirty used rooms and tell them it's been cleaned and refreshed. LIE! As soon as it was 12pm the next day they start ringing us saying its time to check out, but bare in mind we just got to relax after 2/3am and we had given them money for two days. We were disgusted with the service we left the hotel as soon as possible, found a nearby hotel where the hotel was amazing, staff was lovely and it was surprisingly cheaper. From a couple where one is a Pakistani, and one from overseas, we strongly recommend do not come here and waste your money.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the rooms and service at this hotel. I booked a Presidential Suite, expecting top-notch standards, but it was far from acceptable. The room was dirty—bed sheets had stains, the floors were poorly cleaned, and the washroom was a complete mess. Shockingly, they checked me into the room and only started cleaning the washroom afterward. Even after their so-called cleaning, the washbasin was still clogged with trash, causing water to overflow and soak the entire bathroom. The commode was in an unhygienic state, with hair and stains left on it. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the entire room reeked of smoke. The Wi-Fi was another major disappointment; it was so slow that I couldn’t even stream a single video. To top it all off, the staff lacked professionalism and had no idea how to handle customer concerns. This hotel claims to be 4-star, but it feels more like a 1-star experience. It was a complete waste of money and time. I strongly advise against staying here. There are better options available then this hotel...

I booked a standard twin bed bedroom."Being a "4 star rated hotel", they still didn't had any card services, well we can go with that, it's just not the only where they don't have card services but still. We also didn't had cash with us that time so we decided to pay online and we needed sometime for that and we told them that we would go to our room and pay in 15 mins and they RefuSEd.. "it's oUur PoLicY mIsS, We're sorry but plEasE CoNfiRm YoUr PaYmeNt FiRsT" so we stayed there for like 20 mins or so waiting for our payment confirmation and it was done. Now we could finally go to our room, but NO, they MADE US WAIT 15 MORE MINS because the room wasn't CLEANED YET, LIKE BRO WHt the HelL, i BOOKED IT 5 HOURS BEFORE, if its your pOliCy aNd TeRms or so whatever, i must also have those. We were finally taken to our room, and at first sight, it looked completely fine. We put our things away and sat down.. now I don't know where to start. There was literally NO COMPLIMENTARY! Not even a single bottle of water, what did we even pay for? The wallpaper was a bit torn off, I can understand this point but you could hide it with some paint or a canvas or something, leaving that, we didn't even had a tissue box in the room. We had a kettle in the room with NO SUPPLIES TO MAKE COFFEE OR TEA, fun fact they didn't even put a bottle in the room to boil. We had to call for everything literally everything, even toilet rolls. The bathroom window was also really DIRTY, and WE DIDNT even had a soap to wash our hands, I never imagined myself using shower gel as soap but I did, bonus, the trash can in the bathroom wont open and the one in the room didnt had the head on it. They also gave us a box labeled "comb" on it, but there wasn't even a single bit of comb inside. The glass on the bedside table was broken INTO 3 PIECES, what if there was a kid? Other than that, the beds were fine. REALLY bad EXPIRIENCE, and I won't recommend it at all.

Worst place I have stayed ever! The rooms are filthy! My bed sheet had horrible stains, the bathroom had hair, and the lobby ceiling was dripping water. The food was terrible. Also the rooms had no heating. Very over priced. The Jacuzzi did not work and had gunk coming out of it. Do not recommend.
