Andy Hotel

My room was on the 2nd floor. I guess it's also the place for the staff, and they are always loud talking starting at 3:30 in the morning. In the room, there are two old beds with old mattresses, old and faded to grey but clean. The room has coffee cups and water glasses, but no water, neither a water cooler nor instant coffee or tea. The TV is full of scratches on the case but still working. The aircon is very good. The most bad thing was the sound because the staff talk loud and always laughing.

Very clean and spacious. Well recommended.

This hotel is highly recommended especially if you are traveling with a family & would like to stay in one room. Room was clean, spacious, aircon functioned so well, with bathroom. Amenities & with electric kettle. No noise. Most of. All, what I really like was the quick check-in & out. Response of the staff at the lobby.

The staff are so nice. It is also safe to stay.

Other hotels have mini refrigerator in room, drinks and bottled water already placed in room but Andy hotel has no gap, no coffe in the room usually other hotels are already set up, no heater for hot water if a guest wants to drink, no complementary, no one assists the arrival guest. which usually in hotels there really is, no costumer service verry POOR. yung LOBBY ng hotel parang canten lang .other thing hnd malinis ang bath room. hnd know how to offer if there is breakfast or not, no communication with the guest.

Had the most awesome stay here in Cebu City - Andy Hotel with my sister. We really had a good sleep and very accommodating staff! Recommended. 👍

No room available when we arrived, even the booking was confirmed and already been paid

Great hotel, I arrive at around 8am at the hotel and they permitted me to check in early. Food is great however service is on small portion.

Good service for the price you pay. I love the fact that I’m my room they left us in the cabinet extra fleece blankets to use

The room is exactly what is in the site. It is big for a budget price. Clean beddings and towel.

I was so surprise when I came back to my room and it was wide opened and cleaned. all my personal toiletries and other things are gone. I looked for the housekeeping and asked why they cleaned my room even I didn't put a "make up room" tag they said they thought I already checked out. When I asked the front desk they just threw questions like did you leave your room mam? and I think it was stupid. I'm just thankful I didn't leave valuable things like gadgets and money. This is not my first time with this hotel.In fact this is my go-to hotel if I'm so tired going home since it is located near my workplace but with this incident,I think I won't come back. I felt my trust to them is gone so I won't recommend this anymore. It made me feel that anytime the hotel staff can break in your room.

We enjoyed the stay at Andy hotel. The room was so spacious and clean. Staff were accommodating; we had breakfast in bed and the food was good. The location was convenient and accessible to malls, fast food, transportation, etc. We stayed in a family room (6 pax) but there were only 2 convenience outlets available. Overall, it was a superb experience!

The room is clean and the price fits into our budget.

The room was nice, it’s big and clean. One thing though is that the room was a bit dark since that there were only two lights, as you can see in the picture. For ladies, like me who do makeups, you may find the big mirror at the far end irritatingly useless. You’ll have to stand up so you can see your whole face and the lighting will really stress you out. I used the mirror at the bathroom instead. But anyway, my stay was comfortable enough to rate it great. 🙂
