This is my second time to stay at the hotel, and both times I was really satisfied. Housekeeping was quick whenever we needed assistance, and all the staff from the desk to the restaurant were accommodating. My favorite part is the buffet! The breakfast buffet included in our stay was all worth it (take note it may destroy your diet). We also availed of the dinner buffet, which was discounted at the time. The hotel was not exaggerating when they said they had the best buffet on the island! Will definitely book here again when I return.

We had a cancelled flight, but the staffs are very helpful, especially the man in the lobby. I don’t have the chance to get his same. but if you could read this. We had a great stay. It was close to everything, the beach was just right in front of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, the AC cold with good water pressure and enough hot water. They were also very generous in making sure that we had a special treat for me and my husband's wedding anniversary. We stayed on the fourth floor, and though there was no elevator, the view from our balcony was worth it. We didn't find the walk up too tiresome anyway. Perhaps just some improvement on the food variety during breakfast. Staff were very helpful, accomodating and courteous.

Room is prone to noise in the hallway. You can hear people walking and talking. And its very loud. Food option is very limited.

Boracay Midtown Hotel
The facility needs to be renovated, air-conditioning room 201 and room 205 where we first stay doesn't function well that we opted for electric fan instead, luckily on our 3rd day and 4th day we got room 203 that have cooler aircon, door of CR and bath room sink need to be fix.

The Beach Anne Boracay
The staff were accommodating. Clean room and cr. Good location with easy access to the beach and main road. Budget friendly yet comfortable stay. Wifi is slow tho.
