Very happy with the staff who always went out of their way to be accommodating. A great value for the price paid. Leave your room and walk about 50 steps and you are on the beach. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to everything. It was a great stay!

This hotel is really underrated. It was really a good hotel on a budget, also the staff are really accommodating, the small garden is so good for kids. At midnight, there’s some rabbits playing and add some relaxing ambiance...I definitely recommend this hotel and planning to stay again soon...

The staff at the front desk is friendly and approachable. The room where we stayed is so clean including the bathroom and closet. There was a mini fridge and a water heater provided though the heater has some fixing to do. Accessible to food stalls and other stuff. Located right at the beach front of station X.

We stayed there for 5 nights and on our first day our room was on the 3rd floor, so we requested for an available room at the ground floor then the front desk arranged a transfer for us on the next day making our stay more convenient, so we don't have to walk on the stairs to the 3rd floor. The staff were really nice and helpful, we asked for extra hangers and they sent them to us quickly, the bellboys were also helpful carrying our heavy luggage. The room was clean and relaxing, we definitely enjoyed our stay!

It's so beautiful, their rooms are beautiful, affordable... and even towels... the staff are kind and everything you need is right there in their tour, food, night life and etc! Super worth it...will definitely comeback! Well worth the stay!

1. Bed linens and towels were overused. The color is dirty white. Some pillow cases had holes.
2. Outdated door locks. Sometimes it's hard to open the door and fool around.
3. You can hear people knocking, closing their doors, chatting. It was a bit difficult for us to sleep because you could hear the noise outside.

We got the basic room for two. Good, low level price for Boracay beach front standards. Entire area looks a little worn out, but it gets the job done in terms of accommodations (You won't be staying in your room that much when in Boracay anyway). Good beds, working AC, water heater, & fridge all worked as expected. Didn't try their buffet, but it looks to be an attraction for those looking for budget meals. They're also nicely located beside the v hub food festival area where there are affordable food choices in a food court-like area (this is where you'll find the fire dancers too). I'm generally a low-maintenance guest, but the staff provided excellent service & responded quickly to the few stuff I needed. They even gave welcome lemonades even though it's probably not part of the deal & my companions just jokingly asked for it.

Super Bait and accommodating staff. There are even everyday towels that are exclusive for beach use. It's a pity there is no complimentary toothbrush and slippers but it's okay. I didn't just bring it because in my mind, all hotels have it. Many can be bought in the area. There is no safe in the room I stayed in. There is a shower heater, tv which i barely used, mirrors, and closet. And there is a balcony where you can dry your clothes. There is a smoking area, they have a WC for the resto that I used to wash my feet before going to the room. The buffet was worth it and had a discount for in house customers.

Location wise - good (beachfront) out of 1-10 I prefer to give it 10 breakfast - out of 1-10 I prefer to give it 7 buffet lunch - 500 per pax (so expensive and not worth for the amount you pay) buffet dinner -299 per pax not worth to the price room is good, the service is good, over all stay is good..

The room was great. The breakfast was great too. You have an option for American, Tropical or Filipino food. It's very convenient because it is infront of the beach. We'll definitely go back here. :)
