I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The staff were all so friendly, kind, and accommodating. The room was beautiful, and the amenities were perfect. The restaurant had incredible breakfast and dinner options. One of the best travel experiences overall that I’ve had with a hotel.

Our stay would have been 5/5 except for one recurring blemish! I will absolutely go back for the beautiful scenary, the garden landscaping, very kind staff, and nice spa. It was the perfect getaway for a couple. Very convenient to have access to everything but just slightly removed from the crowded loud area of town center. Also loved the transportation/tour arrangement shop and souvenir shop just across the road. The one concern I want to raise for management and future guests is the cat that can get quite aggressive jumping on to the table and snatching your food in the restaurant. While most (including myself at first) find it cute that the cat is wandering around the dining area, it started to become problematic once we ordered fish and the cat was relentless in trying to take it from our table (even after staff took the cat away, it came right back). We brought it to the staff’s attention and they tried to blame us for giving food to the cat (we didn’t! This made me upset but otherwise staff was nice so I let it go). The staff didnt seem to think it was a serious concern. Hope management will realize not everyone wants to eat their food constantly worrying the cat is gna jump on the table and swarm around their legs under the table. Some ppl are scared of animals. Anyway, if you are a guest and not willing to draw attention from the cat, just don’t order fish at Jinjer.

Amazing views of the Cadlao mountains and pool. The surrounding areas not so: roads goung to were narrow, transportation to and from the citu to resort was free. The beach is not good for walking around in front of the resort. The good was great!

I liked the service the most. Food in the restaurant is delicious.

Such a nice place. Authentic with an amazing ocean view. The most relaxing place I have ever been ! Food could be improved but service is excellent.

Exceptional service and so well maintained. The food safe to eat. We got sick from seafood elsewhere and they had medicine for us and helped us so much. I would highly recommend this resort!

Beautiful location. Transportation is easy to find. Food is good and affordable.

What a gem! Hotel employees went the extra mile to provide a great stay! They helped me coronate transportation to and from the airport as well as the boat trip. Property location is beautiful and the resort grounds are wonderful. Breakfast is great! My only (slight) complaint was the Happy Hour sign was still out at the bar when it was actually past Happy Hourso I assumed it was still during that time but it was not. Regardless would easily recommend and return to this wonderful place.

Cadlao was so perfect. Really quiet and beautiful resort right on the beach with an amazing view of Cadlao Island. The staff were friendly. The food at the restaurant was quite good as well.

The staff was helpful, we were able to get everything we needed at the resort including information about how we can sign up for the popular tours. Our room was comfortable right next to the pool and we enjoyed our view from the room of the ocean and Cadlao island

Cadlao was a welcome oasis after weeks of hard travel. Everyone from the front desk staff to our server Monica in the restaurant provided the most professional customer service conceivable. Free shuttle into the busy little town 24hr a day. Included breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. Must try the coffee jello! Dinner specials changed every night and the presentation and preparation was flawless. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds, hot water and strong AC. Can't ask for more. In fact, we changed our travel plans to stay two extra days at Cadlao -- it was that great.

The hotel staff is lovely, courteous, and pleasant. However, the internet is unbearable and non-functional. The room is nice but basic, definitely not a five-star experience, perhaps a four at best. Overall, it's pleasant but nothing more than that. The food is exceedingly expensive and doesn't really justify the asking price.
