Upon checking, it didn't took too long to process a room. I booked a double bed but I got a queen sized one. Anyway nice stay and awesome sex with my companion that night.

when I check in I waited 30 mins and told that they're still making the room. The room had a free breakfast, but when I called the front desk to ask info about the breakfast again I was told to call the restaurant. I called the Restaurant 20x aside from the busy line no one is answering. During check out, again I was told to wait (they are going to check the room) I sat there for 30 mins but I was never informed that I can leave now.

1. The lady on the front desk was not even smiling nor having eye contact when I was talking to her.( she was okay though chatting with her colleagues) 2) the sheets were too thin and old, I hope they can provide thicker blankets. Even the towels were old. 3) the shower heater was not working. The male attendees though were approachable and polite. And I enjoyed the breakfast.

Going to Manila so I decided to book a hotel. Online indicates more rooms availble so I book a room. 7 hrs travel then I arrived at gran prix hotel. I show my booking and they told me no rooms availble and ask me to wait for 1 hr until rooms are available. So I wait. 2 hrs of waiting and finally get a room. Tired of travelling 7 hrs and you want to rest but that didn't happen since no rooms availble when I arrived but online indicates it has a lot of room available.

Toilet floor was not inclined properly for the water to drain properly. Shower just wasn't right - it was a hassle how to position myself under the shower to get hit by the water (nope it wasn't detachable). No door mat or rugs (we were forced to use one of our towels as a substitute). Food is also a no. We also had to follow up for the complimentary water. Staff not as friendly as I prefer. There were some damages but tolerable (like some damage to the surface of the toilet door). But it was right beside the Victory Liner terminal and it was cheap so I guess we get what we pay for.

The room was okay. The staff are hospitable & very kind. I asked the front desk if they have any band aid (got it from our 10km run), they didn't have any so they offered to buy me some. One thing we're not contented was the aircon. It's on 16 degree Celsius & yet it still felt so warm. Maybe it was just because of the weather? I don't know. Overall, it was a good place to stay if just needed for a room to for 12 hrs, waiting for a flight or any trip. PS: it's near to any bus station 😊

Couch in the lobby needs changing; CR in the Restaurant is a mess it stinks (With stains of vomitus in the sink 😳); room is really old, air-condition is noisy; shower is either too hot or too cold; linen is so thin; good thing they allow early check in since I will be checking out early also. But the place is really old, the only perk here it is beside the Victory Liner Bus Terminal.
