In'Sense Mountain Resort by Cocotel

We recently stayed for two nights. The property was nicely located with views of the surrounding hills and overlooking the ocean. The tents were an interesting look and feel. Our restaurant experiences there were just average for a property of this type. The portion sizes were small and just a little above average in experience. The tents, while interesting cannot be adequately cooled during the day because of the sunlight hitting the canvas surface and heating up the inside of the room. The aircon cannot keep up during the day. The pool experience was just 1 star because the pool water was very cloudy, couldn't see the bottom. Stubbed my toes on something sticking up from the pool floor that I could not see. The pool seems to have some vinyl liner installed in it and the vinyl is becoming discolored. It's a negative edge pool but they don't let it run as such. So, in short, it's a nice place, nice vibes, nearby traffic noises a bit much from time to time. Food experience just a little above average. Pool experience, well below average, Room experience above average, except for daytime heat issues.

This is a gem. Located on the slope of the mountains with a fantastic view. The hotel has been renovated and more improvements are underway . Staff are extrenmely friendly. Decoration is very nice, mainly the flowers along the steps. Food was delicious (shrimp balls yummy). This is a perfect place for resourcing yourself with all the green around you and the sea below !

It's like a high end glamping experience. Rooms were well done. Could use a little remodeling but still very nice. Amazing view. Food was good at the restaurant as well. Only issue we had was the rooms don't get very cool even with the A/C and the pool table there was in very poor condition. Overall it was still a nice place to relax and stay at.

This is an honest review not worth the price. The room is moldy as it is a tent. Not enough light. Very humid 🥵 even if the ac is on the whole time. Wifi is the most important and no connection at all. The pool is dirty and the guests are noisy (even if it's already 8 pm guests who are in the pool screaming at the bar which are a bit far and screaming for orders at least the staff can correct them or the owner itself . And no coffee at all inside the room. Bidet is not working even 😭 I don't recommend the place.

The location is absolutely magic. BUT the hotel is under any critics. We got a room with mold and bugs and dirty floor. Left it and don’t stay u need to skip it.
