We arrived just after 2.30pm but the room was not yet ready so we went to the nearby mall to kill time. txt msg came just before 3.39 informing us the room is ready and returned to the hotel around 4.30pm. After receiving the room keys we were advised they ran out of towels so we asked if they could give us pool towels to be able to shower after a long flight. stains. The bathroom didn’t have any toiletries either. When we asked about toiletries at reception we were told it wasn’t included in the room so we ended up buying our own toiletries. After providing a detailed feedback of our check in experience through Expedia, management made a significant effort the next day to rectify the issues we identified. They serviced the room by 9am, provided us with toiletries, fresh towels, a sheet to cover the couch & a diffuser to get rid of the odour. They also gave us a fruit platter which was a nice touch. I was very satisfied with this outcome. We booked here due to the consistent positive reviews we read online & whilst we had minor issues it was all resolved & we had an overall great stay. Availability of ride sharing & food delivery services is super easy it’s almost instantaneous. Can’t beat its proximity to the malls. House of lechon is a 10min walk. Definitely staying here again on our next trip. Highly recommended for couples or families with a decent variety of room options & breakfast spread catering for both traditional Filipino to international cuisines. Value for money!

This was a great stay for my family and I. The staff always greeted you with smiles and are extremely helpful. This location is across from Ayala Mall making shopping very easy. The buffet was perfect for the family.

Our stay was very nice the suit we had accommodated our family very well. Everything worked well in the room and the kitchen was very nice. Very close to ayala mall. We would definitely stay there again. And one more thing the breakfast buffet is so awesome it has Everything you can think of on it and the staff everywhere there are the best and very helpful.

For the money we paid was not worth it for the 10 nights we stayed. As for the wifi it just keeps dropping out every 10 minutes, & not many tv channels to choose from too. Make sure you bring ear plugs for sleeping, there is loud singing and music every night down on the street, don't get the rooms facing on Archbishop Av.

The hotel was clean and tidy, had 2 bedrooms which was a huge plus, and also ideally positioned. We had plenty of food options across the street at the mall, we were centrally located for all tourist visiting locations, and the general area was also quite pleasant.

Good: Location next to the mall was ideal. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Arranged a great tour and were always extremely welcoming. Pool and gym ideal for what i needed.
Not good- only one bathroom had hot water in 2 br suite. No cable working. Would of been nice-to watch tv at end of day. Called the engineers, but stayed in residences and in two rooms no cable.

Quest Serviced Residences are actually part of the Quest Hotel. These larger apartments are just on floors 19-25. When I was initially looking at locations, it appeared these were separately located properties.
The rooms are very spacious and include amenities such as a kitchen, separate dining room table, bedrooms, and 2 baths (at least the one we stayed in). Location is adjacent to Ayala Mall. Check in is in the Business Area which is just around the corner from the main desk.
