not satisfied. paid almost 1kphp/night. but didn't get what I paid for. just the bed was soft and good. rest is described below: 1. sink clogged. pic is uploaded 2. wifi issue. pic is uploaded, new orliens is their wifi name. 3. tv was not working 4. no water from 10pm-4am for 2 straight nights. 5. socket has old design. pic is attached. asked for if they have converter. No "they said". asked if they have hair dryer designed for that socket. No, "they said" 6. asked for if we can checkout an hour later, even if no one reserved our room, they asked to pay extra for each hour delay checkout. 7. no 7eleven, cafes or any restaurants near by. just two local restaurants. 8. No water kettle. even on request

We had the most satisfying stay here compare to other hotels we've been. Will definitely come back and try their other branches around metro, thumbs up 🙌🏻

There was no elevator, and the room was at the fourth floor. The staircase was small it was difficult bringing the bag up and down the stairs

First, for a 5 storey hotel, there was no elevator; it was very tiring to bring your things up and down the stairs Second, one good thing, the OJT who assisted was very accommodating and polite and cheerful Third, the room was not that clean, with plenty of fruit flies. Fourth, the location was not updated and I need to contact somebody, luckily the number is in the voucher and upon calling was the only time we located the place. Fifth, it is almost impossible to call anybody while you are processing your reservation because the phone indicated is no longer available Sixth, the location of the hotel is in a very busy street with plenty of people and vehicles parked outside, parking was quite a challenge
