The place is walking distance to a shopping mall Robinson's Mall that has almost everything you'll need. They have access on the second floor to the mall. Breakfast was not included & way too expensive!!!

Normally when i stay here the treatment is outstanding. Don't want to give a full review cause im still at the hotel and im sure the staff will treat me even worse cause they gossip too much. But its ok i Won't be coming back here again

Another great stay, but the property is showing signs of aging. We have stayed at this property every year since opening, but this year we noticed water stains on wall, and black mold in bathroom caulk and tiles. As a hotel this should be cleaner for this brand.

This was my best stay at a hotel in Naga. The staff was the best! We stayed for their New Year Celebration and everything was wonderfully set up and the food was delicious.
I liked that they had free underground parking and a large Shopping center across the street
The rooms are large and the beds are very soft. I love a great shower and this shower has great showers. Roomy and spacious.
Can’t say enough nice this about their friendly staff!
