We had a pleasant experience from checking-in to checking out. The front desk staff, the bellman, security guards to the room service staff were all pleasant. There was a problem with their cable box and the room phone but they were promptly fixed.

Not worth the price. Bathroom facilities were old and not working properly. foods we ordered were cold (specifically pancit molo). check-in staffs were not that friendly and inconsiderate because they did not allowed us to check - in until 2pm though as I heard there's an available room already.
