As always Marison is by far the best choice for a hotel here in Legazpi.. Sevice is excellent, staffs are attentive and quick in dealing with guests probs and request. Rooms are clean and sheets are crisp and fresh.. Dining option has alot of choices be it for buffet or ala carte. Price is reasonable compared to some hotels in Legazpi which is quite pricey but minimal options.Has alot of Parking spaces and accesible to the malls, church and etc.

Very clean and exceptional customer service! A bit pricey but it's worth it! And I love very much the buffet breakfast, so many selections! Thank you for making our 5 day stay a comfortable and memorable one.

The staff goes out of their way to make things nice...they are the reason I gave the hotel 5 stars.
If your American, the food is OK but the TV isn't much and hot water is kind of scarce at times.

Love everything in this hotel. Our room has a view of the Mayon. Amenities are great too. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when we go to Bicol.

Took us long time to checkout because of a towel.They wrote on the slip that we received a towel for the extra bed but in fact there was none. after checking with their sraff,there was no towel given. waste of precious time esp when you are on a schedule. plus a request for a pitcher of water was denied.
