Not a good hotel, its infected with bugs, i found bugs on my pillows and mattress. No refund was given I checked all when I arrived and saw nothing but after 15 min of laying in bed I started to feel something when I looked at my pillows they were covered in bugs, and all over my hair. The room they moved me too was dirty, badly preserved, rusty, just plain not looked after. The only good thing was the location. Do not recommend, stay away, check under the mattress or you will be tramatized for a while.

I spent a 3 day weekend in this hotel in September 2022. The location was wonderful. I was actually supposed to stay at Boutique Hotel II but when I arrived there they had construction and booked me at this location. Sadly I wasn't told this before walking from the train station, but the move to III was a huge plus as it was closer to where I wanted to stay. Room was perfectly comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Its also a dogfriendly hotel. There is a big private parking. The location is perfect, around the corner of Piotrkowska street. I really recommend this place.

Stayed with a partner for a few days. We both really enjoyed the stay. Hotel was very clean. The staff was super friendly. Mr Krystian from the reception was very helpful and accommodating. It was our first time in Lodz so he recommended us quite a few spots to visit. We had some problems with our charger and he also went extra mile to help us. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Strongly recommend this hotel.
