I came back to this hotel after 6-7 years and in spite I had overall a good experience, I feel the hotel is going down. I think that the management should refresh the rooms, improve the illumination in the corridors, refresh the rooms with some more character and make them less IKEA- like and anonymous. I do not recommend the garage parking to larger and bigger cars. The breakfast is OK, the restaurant has a decent selection and nice beers, but if you demand more, you should walk outside. The staff is always careful and kind, which the best experience in this hotel, whereas all the rest would gain a lot from a good refresh.

Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Besides loud as hell, you hear all noise from the street (inclusive people walking down the road). Service is mediocre, not friendly at all, not solution oriented. Breakfast area is small and you need to fight your way to the coffee machine 😂 parking is expensive as hell and hard to drive around (narrow).

Very clean and nice room. Comfortable bed. Cleaning of the room also very good. Nice to have a kettle to boil water for coffee or tea.

Stayed there twice, first time in 2018, second time in 2024, both times were fantastic, very calm and quiet, very friendly staff, very clean rooms.
I had requested a later checkout and also plates and cups in the room, such friendly and amazing staff.

I have been booking accommodation for my colleagues several times a year at the IBIS hotel for business trips. They were always satisfied. Now I was with them too. When we arrived at the hotel reception we were told that we would be staying at the NOVOTEL hotel, but this was not a problem for us. We spent 3 days there. Since we went to work early, so we could not have breakfast there, we asked for a lunch packet. We received it every day, at the requested time. We were surprised at how much it contained, it was enough for the whole day, we were very happy with it. The execution was exquisite. Thank you very much. The rooms have a modern design, their cleanliness is impeccable, the beds are comfortable. We would like to stay in this hotel again next time, we really liked it and will recommend it to others. :)
