Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort

Our group of 14 (10 adults, 4 children) was disappointed with our recent stay. While the hotel's exterior is charming, the interior experience was far from ideal. **Check-in and Reservations:** * Our apartment wasn't ready at the scheduled time of 4 PM, causing significant inconvenience. * Booking a reservation for the restaurant was a hassle, and upon arrival, we faced a long wait due to overcrowding. **Dining Experience:** * The restaurant's limited menu and poor service quality were disappointing, especially considering the high price of PLN 85 per person. * The food quality was subpar, with dry meat and limited options. * Breakfast reservations were required, and the dining area was still overcrowded. **Wellness Facilities:** * The limited hours of operation for the sauna (4 PM - 10 PM) were inconvenient. * The small pool and single men's jacuzzi were underwhelming. * Additional fees for using specific facilities, such as the penthouse jacuzzi, were unexpected and excessive. **Accommodation:** * Our apartments, including the penthouse, were not in optimal condition. * Minor issues like missing shelves, a broken toilet lock, and inadequate lighting detracted from the overall experience. * The limited supply of toiletries was insufficient for a longer stay. Overall, our experience at the hotel fell short of 5-star standards. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guest experiences.

Beautiful architecture, more for the eye, definitely not recommended. Staff, receptionist, service - they expressly do not like Czechs. They live here from German and Polish tourists even though they are about 5 km from the Czech border. What will amuse you the most is that a short distance from the Czech border, the staff doesn't speak Czech or English, only Polish and German. Czech tourists are treated here as 2 category tourists. They won't let you into the spa at all during your stay as they tell you it is fully booked. The Germans who come after you, fortunately, have it booked for the whole stay. The rooms are not cleaned, even for an extra charge. There is a coffee machine in your room, but without coffee you can buy it for 27 pl. At the reception. You also have a kettle, but no tea :-D. But again you have a vacuum cleaner if you want to clean up. Or here you have a dishwasher and a whole 4 dishwasher tablets. Don't expect the promised gastro experience. Repetitive breakfast and dinner, food greasy and heavy nothing for people with weaker gallbladder. The food will only change if more German tourists arrive. Shame about the money wasted, especially the attitude of the staff will disappoint you as they don't have an aditional fee from Czech tourists. Not recommended.

Very clean, good-shaped apartment buildings. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. The whole complex is how Norway is interpreted by the ones with bad taste. Just funny. Wellness facilities clearly not sufficient, pool typically overcrowded. Busy, not relaxing. Customer service is a joke. Had issue using my parking lot (paid separately) due to occupying by other guests and even hotel's own car! Reception as well as all other staff I approached to help not competent at all. Stupid advices to steal someone else's parking lot instead. Seriously you call yourself a luxury resort? I strongly warn all who consider this hotel to spend their vacation in and travelling by car. Unless you are one of those who solve their parking problems by passing these on to others.

Room clean and nice Whole resort is beautiful and good for family vacations Breeky offers many variations but dinner isn’t worthy. Pool, sauna is okay. Jacuzzi was cold dunno why. We would come back again for sure. So many things to do around.

The place has unique style and magical decorations with dragons and Nordic symbols. The buildings are colorful. The room was clean, well decorated and well equipped (also dishwasher). The service is good, additionally guests can use play rooms and spa. Food available with room service. I recommend this place especially for family visit but I believe everyone can relax here. We loved swimming pool but book unpopular hours to get best out of it.
