Good location and great breakfast, however… it’s a warm October and the rooms are VERY hot. The AC no longer works because it’s “warming season”. You could slightly open the window, then it’s bearable (but still hot), though it’s then also very od from the street. So you get a choice of sleeping in an oven, or with noise (I chose the latter).

My second favorite location to stay in Poznań. Really good, convenient location. I was surprised to learn that every Saturday morning guests can join a complementary city walk with a guide. Of course I joined and I can only say that it was worth it! The guide shared a few local stories and the two hours planned for that activity were already gone!

Good place to stay. Buffet breakfast had lots of options. Vegetarian options available but not properly labeled with green signs. Reception desk usually had long ques.

Sadly the worse experience of any Accor hotels I have stayed at. After raising an issue I was told that this is the best they can do. Room temperature +25C No fan and no air con even though website and booking confirmation says room does. Only when I complained via email did the hotel make the effort. 2nd day of 5 day stay and I was out. No attempt to call mobile to discuss, only email. Travelled with child so no consideration for the other person. Had to leave door wedged open for several hours to cool room down. 13th floor but so hot. Unable to leave window open ( only opens 5cm) overnight due to noise in the city (Expected) Hotel location great, other staff excellent, facility clean and tidy, just my experience leaves a very sour taste for me and my son.

Great location, because it is really in the centre of Poznan. Lobby and the bar area are in one zone and its very organic and lovely. You can get a good bottle of wine for reasonable price as well. Staff is friendly, room was good though it asks for some repairments at some places, but everything works. Parking is a bit problem, because hotel has a small area next to it, so they offer you a solution to leave a car in mall parking lot which looks safe enough for a normal price per night. You can pay for parking at hotel. Breakfast was allright, nothing fancy. One thing with bee honey, was pretty cool, never seen that before in a hotel. Thank you it was short and nice stay.
