View here is out of this world!! Honestly, photos don’t do it justice! Service and attentiveness of the hosts were of highest caliber, and breakfast was so expansive that it barely all fit on the table! The room itself was very nicely decorated in a tasteful modern style, extremely clean, retrofit with a super comfy bed and luxurious linens. Bathroom was very spacious and functional, with a nice modern shower. (FYI we had the room at the end of the hallway with window facing the side). The common areas and surroundings, just like the room, were supremely cleaned and meticulously maintained. We’ve only ever seen 2 other couples at the residence and never felt it to be crammed or uncomfortable in any way. Overall this was by far the best bed & breakfast we stayed at EVER! And I have very little doubt it’ll stay that way for many years to come. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely sublime! You cannot miss this place. My fiancée and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the BH Douro vacation rental home nestled in the heart of Portugal's picturesque Douro Valley. The house itself was immaculate, radiating a charming aura that instantly made me feel at home. Our host, Maria, and her husband reside in the adjacent house, always on hand to assist, embodying the epitome of hospitality. Maria's duck roast was a culinary delight. The home, shared with amiable guests across its four bedrooms, offers the option for full-house rental, ensuring full privacy if desired. The fridge is perpetually stocked with wonderful, well-priced, local wine which can be enjoyed in the immersive view of stunning panoramic vistas. This is a luxurious, serene retreat. This tranquil haven is more than just a stay; it's a heartfelt experience in the scenic lap of Douro Valley.

It's a great place to enjoy the breathtaking view and relax. We liked personalized service and attention to details from the part of the Hotel's staff. There are a lot of nice places to explore nearby.

The place is incredible and could be used so much better. The rooms are very average: Small beds, average bathrooms… While everything is there: the view, the swimming pool, the service, the kindness. I think that with little investment this B&B would have so much potential!
