We stayed this hotel for a conference and truly enjoyed it! Breakfast buffet was delicious, rooms were clean and cleaning service was great! Hotel even surprised us with a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne at my husband’s bday. Very thoughtful of them. The location wise it was walking distance to many other restaurants and the beach. We were able to enjoy watching sunrise every morning from our room. So peaceful and calm!

I cannot say enough about this hotel. First off the service - can I just say this is probably one of the top experiences I’ve had for service out of all my travel. Everyone was so nice, helpful, efficient, and beyond amazing. The hotel is definitely older with some signs of wear and tear in the room and indoor pool areas. They had afternoon tea in the lounge everyday at 5pm. We did not try the fine dining restaurant but it looked amazing. The breakfast/lunch buffet they put out was absolutely delicious. We stayed in a suite which the view was absolutely amazing. I had a massage at the spa & we grabbed a cab to the casino (10min) and to downtown Cascais (5min) to explore. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a couples weekend or just to splurge and relax.

Feels like 5 star, when we arrived, staff were extremely kind & helpful.
Breakfast is great. It was more expensive than other 5 stars in the area.
Rooms nice, not amazing. One down side train passes by rooms. We had sliding doors open for fresh air. But could not hear it otherwise. I think I'd stay closer to Cascais next time.

Amazing hotel, we absolutely loved our stay! The staff were so attentive and the hotel was immaculate. We had said we were there for our honeymoon and they brought us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room and there were pettles on the bed too which was a lovely touch! Spa was stunning too and we also got a massage during our stay which was so relaxing. Definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic spa! Wet sauna, dry sauna, different pools and more, seriously you need to spend at least two hours in the sixth floor inside pools. Ask for a room without a rug. My brother was in room 713 and it has wood floors and my room 711 has a rug and it makes the room feel old. Everything is great in the room this hotel deserves five stars. Great balcony and great room. Nice people. Good food. Nice breakfast. Great outside pool. Don't think twice just book this hotel. And it's just a four minute drive to the center. Or fifteen minutes walk ..
