We had an amazing stay. The Hotel is well located. You can park your car easily.
The rooms are very cosy with comfortable beds.
And everyone was adorable !

I booked this hotel for the executive committee of my company with the expectation of providing them a quaint experience in Estoril.
This hotel shows the most beautiful pictures online, but there is a lot they are not showing. They have an old part and a renovated part. So, not the whole hotel was renovated and do not correspond to the pictures on the web.
My directors found cockroaches (pictures attached) and the bathroom of their both rooms was untidy and unclean. The blow driers are very old and not working properly.
The rooms are also very noisy. Inside the room one can hear everything that is happening on the street but also inside the hotel, i.e. corridors.
I had to move all the executive committee to another hotel as this one was far from a 4 star hotel standard.
After talking with the hotel manager and guest relations about this situation, the hotel refused to make as a refund for the nights not spent there, and even accused our Senior Vice-President of taking hangers ir order not to reimburse us.
I feel embarrassed for making my Executive Committee go through all this hassle as inevitably this will be a trip they will remember for the worst reasons and this is the image we're leaving of our country.

Just home from a 7day stay booked two rooms. Staff extremely friendly and pleasant unfortunately will not stay there again on the surface looks lovely but the three of us were covered in bites from bed bugs disgusting. Unable to change hotel due to iron man event and had already paid over 2500 up front without food all hotels full. Ended up having to put brown blankets and towels on top of the quilts then had to sleep on the couch. Never came across this in a four star hotel needs to be dealt with immediately. Have to disinfect all clothes and bags from both rooms. If you want coffee you have a machine in your room but once you use the first two pods you have to pay individually if you need more crazy should be part of the package like tea bags.

Dated but in a quaint sort of way. Excellent service. Room was clean and totally satisfactory. Only a five minute walk to the convention center.
