The room was fairly basic, but we didn't spend much time in the room. The hotel facilities were good without being spectacular. The gym could use some more equipment and space. We enjoyed the location. Close to the bus route. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

Staff friendly, helpful and responsive. Everything clean. Breakfast excellent. Facilities great. Short stroll to sandy beach and surf school. V near supermarket with expensive prices but excellent quality.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!!We had Cockroaches in the room more or less every day, massive ones too!! When we complained we was told several times it was because we was on the ground floor near the pool and the area had a problem with these critters?! We was offered top floor but was with friends, one of whom was disabled and we had to help with her so couldn't be too far away and they couldn't move both rooms. My friends room was smothered in ants! We complained to reception first who always sent someone to remove them, one lady stamped on one several times before it died and then sprayed everywhere?! The Jet2 rep was useless and just passed the buck from herself back to the hotel and said there problem so they should deal with it! Staff are mostly nice and welcoming. Entertainment nowhere near as good as anywhere else I have been though. Last day (Monday) was good, we did Aqua in the pool and when we looked at the timetable the animation lady had the wrong days events running (she was doing Tuesday's events). One bar staff guy was very rude but the others were all fantastic! Don't waste your money going here u less you want to live with cockroaches for your entire stay! One flew at me whilst I was showering, scared me so much I almost slipped over and smashed my face on the bath.

The location is peaceful, good beaches and restaurants within walking distance, free parking. Room cleaning was done daily and the cleanliness was very good. The staff was nice. The balcony was disappointing, no privacy, the view could have been better and the chairs really need an update

If I had an option to give it - 10 I would Honestly think twice before staying here There is no air conditioning turned on in the whole building we arrived approx 2pm to massive queues & the heat in reception omg The reception is grim & rude staff - not helpful Rooms not ready ok told to keep coming back & checking Ask for 2 room keys they give you 1 so u won’t leave air con on when your out Got into rooms which were dirty Bed bugs 🐜 Dirty bathroom No storage Hairs in drawers Asked to be moved to a disabled room which they wanted an extra £400 euros Really dated rooms beds & furniture Noisy Had about 5 arguments with staff being so rude Never experienced anything like it ever Food is like children’s school meals Same thing every day Pool is overcrowded Have to collect pool towels from reception on 2nd floor & pool is on 1st floor It’s just awkward with kids & so stupid Pool towels should be by pool Staff in pool bar & food in pool bar is lovely Guy who is restaurant manager is so rude He came over & removed one of our tables that we were sat at for dinner he said you’ve eaten & I’ve got more guests to feed No one was sat at that table I have very high standards haven’t we all & everyone is different however I didn’t want to be having argument after argument on holiday my wife was crying as the bar man was so rude to her This hotel could be so much better it’s such a shame If only people did their job properly that’s all I ask Also not disability friendly in my opinion ! I’ve still got 2 more days to go & I would have been happy going home today due to this hotel
