The saying "never judge a book by its cover" truly applies to this hotel. While the exterior may be unassuming, stepping inside feels like entering a fairyland. The staff were incredibly polite and always willing to go the extra mile, offering valuable insights into the city. Rafael, our check-in agent, exceeded expectations, even sharing tips on where to find authentic Portuguese cuisine. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a level of comfort comparable to 5-star luxury. The breakfast options were varied, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Highly recommended! This is definitely a hotel we would return to on our next visit to Lisbon.

A double room for three! No problem! Spacious room with big beds! The toilet/shower/bathroom-area takes up unnecessary(?) space, but we liked it! Costs quite a lot, but feels luxurious to us (not used to luxus-hotels). My youths loved the free candy and the pool game. Nice breakfast! We wanted to try the pool/sauna, but four other guests beat us to it, and then the area felt crowded..

Overall: decent, but would not return. Amenities are like a 4 star but overall experience is lacking, particularly considering the price. Rooms: they are ok. The carpet is a strange outdoor fabric across the entire room. The shower splashes on to it. And worse, it is also the same near the toilet. There is no way this floor could be mopped, the underside is likely disgusting and full of mould. I wore shoes in the room because of this. The shampoo is an “all-in-one” low quality item. The AC works well. Soundproofing and bed: At one a neighbouring room had a loud phone conversation which could be clearly heard through the wall, which speaks to low quality sound proofing. Can hear everything in the hallway. The bed was overall good. I expect a second floor room would suffer from road noise and the restaurants/bars out front. Service: staff were all friendly and helpful. Rui at the front desk was nice. Housekeeping does not replenish the coffee in the room, so you only get two pods for the entire stay. Am I supposed to find someone and ask for more? They do nothing if it is your birthday, not even a card. Similar priced hotels go far beyond that. Breakfast: decent selections but lacks variety. The cappuccino is very good, but you have to ask for it. They offer fried egg and omelette for hot items, but you must request it, they will not mention it. Location: it is nice particularly if you enjoy shopping. There are many good restaurants nearby. The main tourist attractions are within walking distance, if you are ok walking 10km in a day and can handle the hills.

Luxurious boutique hotel. We stayed here for our last night in Lisbon and got a room upgrade to a suit which was the perfect way to end our trip. We also used the spa and wellness services, which were beautiful.

Absolutely loved this hotel for a city break in Lisbon! So clean and modern inside and the room was perfect, also enjoyed the breakfast buffet selection. Location was great and walking distance to most sights and the main area! The staff were so friendly and took the time to give us recommendations of restaurants and cafes nearby. We enjoyed a cocktail in the hotel bar which was delicious! Thank you for a great stay!
