Fantastic hotel, I have really enjoyed my stay. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It is in a very central location which means it can be a good base to stop at through the day. The room was big with a coffee machine and other amenities to make the stay more comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return myself.

This place is a kind of a dump and poorly maintained. Entering the room are you greeted with a strong mildew smell which was strong the entire stay and stained carpets (carpets throughout hotel are stained as well). The safe was broken and the bathroom was disappointing. The bathroom sink and shower were lined with mold. The shower head is broken and won’t stay fixed in place, so it sprays all over the bathroom when you take a shower. Good luck if you’re tall trying to take a shower. The bathroom sink is clogged and drains extremely slow. I addressed these concerns with the front desk. She was friendly but not helpful. She came into our room and took videos explaining all the concerns and she said she sent them to her manager and they would follow up with us. She also said she would move us to a different room the next day but told us all the rooms look like this. We never heard back from anyone and we were never compensated for the issues. However, the location is pretty good.

Hotel had a very strong smell, everywhere. Not as bad in the lobby and restaurant but the rooms and hallway were really bad. Had to keep the window open in the room and even that didn’t get rid of. Had to call the front desk to adjust the heat/air, the unit in the room was not functioning.

Great location, center to almost everything you want to do.
The staff at the front desk are great. We arrive early and the room wasn’t ready so they offer us breakfast and coffee.
There was no iron in the room. As soon as we call they send it over

Outstanding service! Breakfast was excellent..
The room was clean, beautiful, modern and so comfortable. The Hotel has the perfect location, very close to The church of the Carmo Convent.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, they made our stay in Lisbon exceptional.
Moreover they helped us to get transportation to another city with a very good price.
