Our choice of accommodation for our 4 nights stay in Lisbon, and thought it was a fairly good one! 👍🏻 Check in process was straightforward, we didn’t complete the online check in but was able to check into our rooms via the machine in under 5 minutes, with the access code for both the main gate and room on the last page of the check in process. Rooms were fairly clean, with all the essentials as you would expect from a hotel. As we booked the studio apartment, the washing machine is outside our room, and it was actually very dirty - there’s some sort of spill stains on the exterior, and the interior is a little dirty too.. Clearly needs some routine cleaning of the machine if they haven’t done so in a while. 🗺️ location was great too, with coffee shops in the surrounding and the city centre and train station within minutes walk 🛏️ the sleep was comfortable too, it was off the Main Street so it was rather quiet at night Check out was done off a Google forms that’s on the back of our room door, simple enough 👍🏻 Definitely recommended for a fuss free stay in the city!

We stayed in room 05 on the ground floor right next to the door, which is right next to both the machines and fuses and the elevator. We reported the situation from the phone at the entrance because we heard constant noise from one of the devices last night. At first, he said he would send someone, but no one came. When we called again, he said he wouldn't do anything and hung up on me. Our request to change rooms was also rejected. We were expected to sleep through that noise until the morning, which is impossible. We had a terrible and sleepless night. There was also an electricity problem in the building at night, so some people couldn't enter the hotel. Since they couldn't reach anyone, they started banging on the door, so we had to open the door for them to avoid more noise. Because no one cared about them on the phone either. It was a terrible stay, I don't recommend it.

Rooms were clean and great. Check in was a big fuss, virtual check in, no staff, virtual machine was broken, could not complete city tax payment. A step of normally 15min process then took us up to an hour to call here there, email etc. Same for check out! Only lockers were provided, require 2€, but insertted and could not turn the key! But the locker was faulty, and we got nothing with our 2€. Called reception for refund and asked us to send an email and 'manage that yourself'.

Great place to stay in Lisboa. Located directly next to Chiado district and a five miniute walk to Baxia-Chiado metro station (blue line). We stayed in a deluxe studio equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. (Oddly, there was no microwave). We prechecked-in online with photos of our passports and paid the 4€ per person/day city tax so that when we arrived, checking in was a breeze. The bathroom was a good size and modern. Water was (quickly) hot and good pressure. Only negative here was a slow drain in the shower, which had a wand and a rain-type showerhead. Also included was a 42" TV on the wall, an armchair, a small table with 3 chairs, and a couch that could become a bed. Housekeeping daily, if desired (sheets and towels), but you can decline on a day by day basis simply by putting the "Do Not Disturb" placard on outside of the door. Good 5G cell service in the area as well. Only real negatives here are the lack of a microwave, which is fairly easily fixed, and the uphill walk from nearly anywhere. (But that's true of most of Lisboa anyway:

Excellent cleaning service, well maintained, spacious, and very neat and clean place. Location is one of the advantages of this apartment as you can buy food and walk to most historical places. This place is very comfortable because it has so much more adequate sunlight and air. They provide a good vibe to enjoy your vacation. It's the best place I've seen in Portugal. Definitely recommended
