We were very happy with our stay here - during December, and thus out of season, meant it was both quiet and excellent value. Indeed, it was really a good price. The apartment itself was no-frills, but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and cook ourselves (also a washing machine). Well provisioned. The rooms are cleaned every couple of days if you're staying a while. That was enough for us. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, and also booked us a taxi to the airport which was a decent price. The site is tranquil, it has a nice central pool, and is green and safe. The marina is pleasant and has a few ammenities - although not everything open in the winter. The walk into the centre takes about 25 minutes to half an hour - which for us was fine as it is a very beautiful stroll. We like it - especially as an out-of-season stay as it's quiet!

A nice stay, and I don't think I would have picked a better spot for Albufeira. Felt new, clean, safe and well looked after (even in the quiet season). The parking, shops below and the marina 2 minutes away was a fantastic bonus.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was super friendly. The room was clean, spacious and had a strong AC. Underneath the compund is a parking garage, so you don't have to walk accross the whole area.

Lovely place to stay overall as it's close to the Marina. The apartment buildings are well maintained and there is a huge pool area. Only thing I can fault is the amount of broken things inside our apartment. It needed some upkeep, but I would stay at Orada again.

Not bad, but not what expected for that price Overrated and overpriced for the value. Outdoors facilities are nice: big pool with the sun deck chairs and umbrellas, plenty of space. Big apartment with a small terrace (a bit old fashioned), with aircon, equipped kitchen, towels. That's all. Almost no toiletries (4 days stay 2 people: 4 tiny shower gels and 2 mini soaps).no hairdryer. No basic tea or coffee. Cleaning scheduled for every 2 days: too basic: making beds and mopping the floor (no washing up, no rubbish removal, no toiletries refill). Location is ok, (peaceful and far from crazy city centre) but you need a car to move around, to go to the beach, to go out, to dine. Very pleasant reception staff,
