Pine Cliffs Ocean Suite was pure luxury! Our suite was beautifully designed, spacious, and offered stunning ocean views that made every morning magical. The resort grounds were immaculate, with fantastic pools, serene spa facilities, and a private beach accessible by a scenic pathway. The staff were incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Dining was a delight, with plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from. This was the perfect mix of relaxation and elegance—we can’t wait to come back!

This was an extremely disappointing experience. I stayed here for one night, and the setup of the night light in the room was terrible. It’s motion-sensitive, so even the slightest movement—like a small kick of your foot while lying in bed—would turn it on. The light kept turning on and off all night, which made it impossible for me to sleep. Since I was already in my pajamas, I didn’t feel comfortable calling the staff to fix it, and no matter how much I looked, I couldn’t find a way to turn it off. This led to a completely sleepless night and was an awful experience. Secondly, the soundproofing in the room was terrible. I could hear every single step and conversation from people passing outside the door. For a resort hotel, I didn’t feel any sense of peace or relaxation. At breakfast, this massive resort with over 800 rooms only had one small restaurant open. The result was a chaotic scene with crowds of people everywhere, making it feel like a busy marketplace instead of a relaxing breakfast. The noise and commotion ruined the atmosphere. The food selection was also disappointing, with very few options available. While personal preference plays a role, the overall dining experience was subpar. When I left the breakfast area, the noise from machines around the hotel was everywhere. Again, there was no sense of peace or relaxation, which is what you’d expect from a resort. In the room, the weighing scale was broken, there was no toothpaste provided, and I had to go out of my way to buy some. For a hotel that charges such high prices and supposedly has a great reputation, it failed to meet even the most basic expectation of providing a good night’s sleep. I cannot recommend this hotel, and I’m giving it the lowest possible rating.

They claim to be luxury, but the experience felt basic but luxury prices. The views were great, the location was fine. They have several restaurants and bars, but only 2 were open. At check-in, they told us about all the restraunts but never mentioned they were mostly closed. They only "highly recommended" the one that was open. You couldn't make reservations, and there was at least an hour wait. Overall it was a nice place, im just not quite sure how it was classified as luxury?

More like a debranded Marriott. Definitely NOT a LUXURY property. Lot of lipstick on this outdated pig. Very stretched on service. Bellman are great. Concierge is terrible. Front desk is slow. Housekeeping is terrible. Except for bellmen, employees do not like their jobs. Reflects terrible management We had a 2 level suite. VERY outdated. Very slow WiFi. Not up to any Marriott status. Very disappointed. Titanium status. No recognition.

The hotel is beautiful, has very good facilities, spacious rooms. But it is absolutely mismanaged. For sure not a 5 star hotel service. We feel unwelcomed and not looked after. Any request is ignored or met almost aggressively. Housekeeping come to clean the room when they want, skip evening service, overpriced restaurants with very average food, arrogant staff at the reception, totally useless concierge service. I feel so sorry for the property, as it has great potential with a better management. Unfortunately I can’t recommend to my friends. It is too stressful to stay here and enjoy family holidays. It is way below our expectations and the rate we are paying for the hotel. For sure can’t be compared to Greece, Turkey or Italy.
