Amazing service, great location, near to airport and plenty of shops and restaurants. Got a room upgrade for my partners birthday and it was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was extensive with options for all diets. Views unreal. Gardens beautiful. food fresh. Staff lovely. Thank you so much definitely coming back.

Location is very nice. Awesome place for kids and family out side of rooms. Plenty of garden and flowers. Rooms/apartments are fine but old and without air conditioning but fans are available by reception if one needs. Rooms/apartments with sea side view is not actually facing sea but sea is on the side. Don’t have your hope high. There might be some suites which have this.
Swimming pool and multiple bars and cafes. Supermarket is 50m away from hotel, good to buy drinking water there. Tap water is not drinkable.
Services are just okay, definitely not 4 star, maybe for suites. Parking is not included and you have to pay 6€ per day separately.

Stunning location and grounds, incredible food and service (make sure to book in for La Perla on Friday nights!), quiet and serene. A spa day should definitely be on your holiday checklist too! Top pick for gardeners and lovers of the quiet life like myself!

The location is great! Supermarket and bakery nearby. With a 5-10 min walk there is a bigger supermarket. Close by the high way to access the rest of the Island.
The service is very good, they do everything to make sure you have a good time.
However the rooms are very old and smell. No AC, but with windows open good enough.
The room has everything you need but the comfort is lost in the old smell.
And keep in mind if you have a rental car you have to pay for parking and the parking service. The service was good, but we didn’t know you had to pay for it.
Had a good time but wouldn’t return next time on the Island.

Just spent a week here. It was sheer heaven !
The hotel provided everything you needed .
Everywhere was spotlessly clean ..rooms , public areas , pool and spa areas.
Our room was serviced with true care and attention ..
Thank you so much to the team !
Great attention to hygiene...so important .
Food was amazing ..breakfast and evening meal ...a la carte or buffet ..just magnificent .
Staff were attentive and friendly and happy to help in any way !
Reception staff suggested great days out and plant sales!
Immanuel made us feel so at home and recognised our humour! Lovely memories of the pool bar and evenings !
Ricardo...we found fascinating ...just think you all were so empathetic to his approach! ( he did not always seem the easiest person to work with...!! )
He made sure our bottle of water was paid for !!!
We had the most fantastic time and already ready to return !
Your hotel is a true jewel in the Crown of madeira.
We hope to join your " regulars" at quinta splendida .
The bad weather meant our tour of your amazing gardens had to be cancelled .....we HAVE to return !
Our love to you all ..we have visited madeira before ....but you made it the best visit !!
