Courtyard by Marriott Aguadilla

The Courtyard by Marriott Aguadilla is a fantastic choice, especially for travelers looking for convenience and entertainment. Located just minutes from the Rafael Hernández Airport, the hotel offers a shuttle service that makes arriving and departing stress-free. One of the highlights is the on-site casino, which features a lively bar and frequent live music performances. The casino bar staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about cocktails and wines, adding a sophisticated touch to the experience. Families will appreciate the hotel’s great pool area and game rooms for kids, ensuring fun for all ages. Additionally, having a Denny’s restaurant in the lobby is a huge plus, offering convenient dining options any time of day. The only downside is the limited number of handicapped parking spaces, which might be a concern for guests with mobility needs. However, the attentive staff and overall quality of amenities more than make up for this. Whether you’re traveling for business, leisure, or just a quick getaway, the Courtyard by Marriott Aguadilla provides a well-rounded experience that leaves little to be desired. Highly recommended!

To start things off, even though the room was clean, it was clearly worn through. There weren't that many outlets. Additionally, you have to walk half a mile to go from the parking lot to where they have the rooms. The price is high, and yet there is no complimentary breakfast. They also have a "hidden fee" where they make you pay for parking when you arrive! After staying at the Fairfield Inn by Liquillo Beach, i would recommend that hotel over this one.

Our plan got canceled after a full day of delays. It was easy to book our room before we stepped foot out of the airport. They send a shuttle within a couple minutes to get us. Everyone was very nice. The only down side is their site lists a restaurant that they don’t actually have. But that’s not their fault.

Stayed at Courtyard Aguadilla P.R. Checked in on Oct 22 /2024. After the first night I woke absolutely bit up with Bed Bug Bites! all over my legs and Buttocks and lower back! Reported it to front desk and they moved me to another room where I had to purchase all the treatment for bedbugs, for myself and to spray my clothes and luggage and then Bug bomb my new room before I could stay in there to not transfer any from the other room. I placed a blank card under the edge of the bed and left it for an hour while i reported the issue to the front desk and it was covered in Bed Bug Feces! The Manager said he would have the room checked and Gave me a line of B.S. that the room had no evidence. I am including pictures of the bites and the Card I used to check for Bedbug activity. I am a Marriott Platinum Lifetime Loyalty member and I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN! I expect better from Marriott!!! do not stay at this Hotel!!!

They like to nickel dime here, make sure you ask for an itemized bill before you leave. I found charges on my bill when I got home that I did not authorize. Oh, and fyi dennys restaurant on premise is good if you’re desperate, (a lot of deep fried in old oil options) you should leave the property for better options.
