Due to World Cup Qatar 2022, all traveler's who are not citizens of Qatar must obtain a Hayya Card to enter Qatar and World Cup stadiums. I stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. The rooms and living room were really spacious. The kitchen was separated, which was nice. The whole suite could use an update. It's just dated. The customer service, I thought, was pretty good.

We came in at 3:30 pm and still no available room. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get into the room. And staff cannot even tell us how long we are going to wait.

The stay went really well. We loved the spaceous unit and we were able to let friends come over to celebrate a party with us. The service of the attendants were really good too. However, there were TV’s but we couldnt access the channels. But other than that, the stay went really well.

Very tired and in need of a renovation. Towels were 'grey' and fraying. Bedsheets were tired with rips and holes. We had a 3 bedroom apartment for the weekend (5 of us) and were only given 2 towels; however staff were accommodating when asked. All equipment was tired or lacking - we had to ask for hairdryer (then first one was broken). Some Light fittings & sockets were broken and tired. When asked staff were reluctant to assist us in getting a taxi. We won't return.

The elevator is very busy and I was in 5th floor so I need 10-15 to get the elevator

Not satisfied at all. I could not call this place a hotel. It is like a rented ordinary apartment. Construction job next door, hard to get towels, very small indoor swimming pool, interior of the Lift scratchy, etc. Apart from that location wise is near to city center, reasonable foods, and spacious.
