(+) all is great (location, facilities, service, ...) (-)valet is crowded sometimes, and they didn't give us the room directly when we arrived at 2:30 pm (they said check in is at 3)

The only thing I don’t like is the difficult access

Everything was amazing. We were treated like king and queen. They even gave gifts to the kids. Best hotel I evered stayed

Without a doubt this is the best hotel we've ever experienced. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. The restaurants are amazing. Above all, the service is outstanding! The people are so friendly and welcoming it was like a dream.

This was my absolute best hotel stay ever! The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly caring. The amenities were amazing, and the room was spotless, as was the bathroom. They really go the extra mile to make sure you have a comfortable stay. They’re always checking in on you, making sure everything is okay. The location is perfect, very close to attractions such Souq Waqif & The Museum of Islamic Art. Can’t recommend this hotel enough if you ever visit Doha.

Perfect stay for f1 weekend

I would like to thank all team from Mandarin for making my stay very enjoyable. Everything from the Rooms & Service to accommodating our breakfast requirements was perfectly arranged.

Just overnight but in a very nice area and a beautiful hotel

If you stay for 7 days or more, the in-room hospitality is off the charts. The pistachio sandies, bon-bon platter, and spa samples were amazing. Housekeeping was on-target (but need to ask for sheets if you want them). The filtered water bottles in old-fashion milk-jugs was high-class, environmentally friendly, and they give as many as you need for coffe/tea/hydration in general. Workspace is great in the superior deluxe, and bathrooms are exquisite. The coffee/tea bar could be good for personal or even in-room hospitality possible.

Multinational, superior hospitality and personality mindset. If you need it, ask; they go out of their way to help. Mosaic restaurant is top-tier. Mandarin and Bahrain lounges are comfortable, well attended. Amenities are nearly whatever you ask for. Internet is high quality, and business/meeting centers are top-tier and well equipped to serve and be hospitable.

Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Doha, was nothing short of exceptional, and we absolutely loved every moment of it. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was truly impressive. The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially for my pregnant wife and our 2-year-old daughter. Every need was anticipated and taken care of, which made our stay incredibly stress-free and enjoyable. A special thank you for the room upgrade—it made a significant difference, providing us with the extra space and comfort we needed. The facilities were immaculate, and the ambiance throughout the hotel was serene and luxurious, allowing us to relax fully. We would also like to highlight the outstanding service from Aqib, the lifeguard at the swimming pool. He was attentive, professional, and made sure our family, especially our daughter, felt safe and comfortable. Aqib is a great asset to your team and truly deserves recognition for his excellent work. Ole from the valet team also stood out for his exceptional service. He, like all the staff, was consistently friendly, efficient, and went out of his way to ensure that we felt welcomed and well looked after during our entire stay. Every staff member we encountered was warm, courteous, and focused on making our experience as special as possible. Their genuine care and professionalism were evident throughout our visit, creating a memorable stay that we will not forget.

Great place

Excellent stay. Having stayed in multiple hotels in Doha, this is by far my favourite. Very accommodating and friendly staff and location is perfect- within walking distance to souq waqif and Corniche.

This hotel is first class. An oasis in Doha. Staff, facilities, Location and Ambience are all at the level you expect from a benchmark setting hotel chain. A credit to the team and management. Oscar at breakfast and Pushka at the pool were standout for service from a team of excellence.

Great hotel in the center of Doha.

Great stay. Nazeem Naheem (assistant front office manager) made us feel welcome in addition to the entire staff. Outside pool area was nice to visit in the early evening and cool off. Turn down service and drinks in the lounge were nice. The on-site restaurant (Izu) served great food.
