Very quiet in the hotel, and has the hospitality with plenty of staff to help.
Dinner at "Chief's Boma" was great, and breakfast was also great.
And it was very convenient that we can ride to front of our room.

The rooms are in need of upgrade. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable. One of the basins in the bathroom was clogged . No shampoo and only one bath towel in room. Not what one would expect from a conference venue.

The overall structure is very beautiful however. Dinning options wonderful. Only that the room was too cold, no heating. The bed sheets had a blood stain and the fridge was not working...

Food was of poor quality. Hair in the steak sauce.
The gym is a complete joke. The hotel should remove that from the amenities list.
Hotel is old and tired. Curtains in room cannot close fully.

2 my mom had to clim stairs and she had back problems

4 the aircon made such a noice we coundt sleep
5the breakfast was so cold you just left it
6 next day hardly wart and NO HOT water
