We had a lovely night at the Mermaid Guest House. Room was comfy, service was great and breakfast was fantastic with great variety and gluten free options. There were several little touches that made big differences, in the decor or room setup, such as a reasonably priced minibar and great pillows. It felt like staying at a friend’s beach house a few blocks from the beach and on a quiet street.
Do note their request to check in by 6pm/1800–we didn’t notice in the hotels.com email and were running a little late.
