Don’t Booked, this place is disgusting!!!!! Beware for hidden fees by management team(parking, keys, etc). BED BUGS on the bed as my boyfriend and I was bitten. Furnitures are old, broken, fabric is ripped. Kitchen is small and lacking in cookwares. Shower is large but has no electrical outlet.

Adelia at hotel was extremely helpful. Flat itself conveniently located but in need of an update . Would suggest a meet and greet service rather than having to go fetch the keys.

The view of the sea is spectacular and refreshing. It's close to the V&A Waterfront and Greenpoint stadium. Everything works in the unit, but the couches & TV could do with an upgrade. Curtains are a bit thin, but unless you using them to block the warm sunlight, you don't need them as they block the view of the sea. Staff at booking and key collection are helpful and friendly. Parking in a garage was available at R50 extra per night.
