Only stayed here for one night, we didn’t have time to check out the pool or other facilities. The beds were comfy and the room was nice. Breakfast was included which was a buffet with a good selection.

Keep in mind you are in the city center, it feels a bit sketchy at night however the security makes you feel safer. Hotel building is outdated, bathrooms are clean but carpets have stains on and are in desperate need of replacement. Overall stay was good, plus is that the hop on hop off site seeing bus office is 2 mins walk away from the hotel.

3 star quality. Awesome bartenders. Housekeeping was adequate but not stellar. Used dishes left in room, fresh water not refilled etc. Excellent breakfast buffet. Room cards never worked, got inactivated daily.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. On site Restaurant and bar was useful. Breakfast was tasty and starts early which is useful to get to Robben Island and Table Mountain which i recommend as early as possible. Taxis are very cheap to travel to other places especially after dark. The room was super clean, just the air conditioning needs an upgrade in future luckily end of March was not too hot, so had window open. On site parking was handy too.

It served its purpose to gp to clifton beach. Too small bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Front desk help upon arrival ignored me and answered the phone instead. Good location for nightlife walking dustance.

Hotel is in general very good, except for a couple of issues. WiFi was basically non-existent in our room and the door access broke twice and no cards worked at all having to have an employee use a master card to let us in.
Apart from that, the staff is very good and attentive. Location is quite alright as well

Check in took a long time and when i got to my roo. It wasn't ready so had to go back to Reception for new room.
Room was a bit tired and dated , shower lacked power and not very warm .
Nice view from 8th floor and close to small pool .
Surprisingly noisy when the Daytime market startred to set up every morning.
Most of the Staff were lovely and a decent breakfast

Room was ok. No bar fridge. Had a functional safe. Clean bathroom although small (can't close the door and be in it at the same time). Some mould in the shower base. Breakfast was good. There is a bar attached but I didn't go. Small swimming pool and an exercise room with two bikes and some weights. Area is not super safe. Didn't walk around at night but felt ok in the day if careful.
