We loved this hotel for many reasons. First, the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Immediately at the end of Charles Bridge on the Mala Strana side, but just off to the side in a very quiet area. A tram stop is very close by. The room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast included many choices, all delicious. You should stay here.

Just come back from a 5 night stay, and was really impressed with the hotel and the people. This is a very old building so rooms are small and the lift is equally as small, but it all helps with the atmosphere. If you want .modern go elsewhere, if you want authentic in a spectacular location then this is for you. Special shout out to Alice who was a ray of sunshine and information.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Team was lovely and nice. Helped with everything we needed. Room is clean and spacious, location is spot on, maybe a bit to touristy. Breakfast could have better but that did bot effect one bit. We highly recommend

Very clean, exceptional service, stunning view (our room was on the 4th floor). The hotel's location is superb, you literally step out onto Charles bridge. Breakfast was freshly made with just everything you need to kick off the daily journey. Highly recommended.

The hotel has an excellent location directly to Charles Bridge.
Hotel team is very friendly and courteous.
Nothing is missing from the breakfast buffet - perfect!
Although the hotel is very central the rooms are pleasantly quiet.
A historic building with a modern interior... we loved it!
