It was the worst hotel that I have visited since a no name 2 stars hotel in Serbia... The rating of the hotel cannot be 4 stars. The rooms are small and poorly decorated, with obvious mistakes in arranging the tiles in the bathroom or the plywood on the walls. The worst thing was the lack of cleanness in the room. The carpets, the tiles and the wood were stained with paint, cement and dirt. The bathrooms had mold in the showers and the toilets bowls were stained with rust. The normal paper that announces that the toilet was sanitized was missing. Based on the look of the bed sheets, I'm pretty sure that they were the same used by the previous guests and there were strains of hair between them. I have requested that one of the rooms is exchanged with another one, as the cleaning stuff declared that they cannot remove the mold from the bathroom (also, one bottle of cheap cleaning agent for bathrooms will not remove the mold), but after waiting 2 hour for the staff to clean the new room, it took me 5 seconds to pinpoint the mold in the bathroom of the new room. Also, the reaction of the staff to the problems reported was very slow, as they had some event organized for the employees. While this is nice, in a 4 stars hotel it cannot be a reason to keep your guests on hold. All in all, I have cancelled my stay and I'm still waiting to get my money back (it is a first for me that in a 4 star hotel I have to pay for my rooms in advance). As a summary, I do not know how this hotel got a 4 star certification, because any 3 star hotel in west of Romania is luxurious by comparison.

Not enough parking places for all visitors, very small street. Waited 1+ hour from 18 to 19 pm to check in, the normal check in is at 16 and rooms still not available, or at least that is what the receptionist told us, with a creepy southern romanian attitude and smile. Big price difference between prices on apps and what is at the front desk. Its advantageous for old people with al sorts of tickets that get good all-round packages real cheap. Spa area and pools very small compared with the hotel capacity. Water in main pool very cold

They are so incompetent when dealing with customers, I went to the spa and the woman had no idea what I was asking and what kind of saunas they have, instead of presenting me what they had she was sending me back to the list of prices. They told me I cannot book a massage because it's too late and I need to reserve it, the next day nobody answered the phone, nobody answered my messages for reserving and I had to call various times. They feel like they are doing you a favor to do their job. It amazes me that they don't instruct customers how to do the saunas: nobody is using cold water, and the salty sauna is very bad: I was cold inside of it after getting out from what they wrote 90-100 degrees and yet it felt like 50. I asked them if they had wet sauna, they said yes!, they meant no! Their prices are for full day or half a day, not per hour, you cannot stay more than 20 mins in a sauna, who does that the whole day?!

This is a 2 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star one. 12 floors with at least 20 rooms per floor, and only three elevators to service everyone (2 elevators which fit max 6 people, 1 that fits 13 people). You cannot choose the direction when you push the call button for the elevator, so it will stop most likely on its way up, even if you're on the 8th floor and want to go down. Rooms are extremely small. There are phones in rooms, but are not working at all. Very thorough and attentive room cleaning, but it cannot compensate for all the structural malfunctions. Bathroom really old - sink was cracked, the shower drain was not working properly. Some spaces between tiles were moldy. The hotel claims they have parking - but their parking can accommodate only about 30 cars (and they have 200+ rooms!) and it's strictly on a first-come first-served basis. There is also a spa, but not impressive in terms of amenities and also really crowded. Restaurant service - very generous breakfast buffet, including hand-made on-the-spot pancakes. This was the only thing worth 4 stars. The waiters in the a la carte restaurant were rude, and I suspect the chef uses sometimes ingredients that have allergens without stating them on the menu (I had some pasta with salmon which I think also had oyster sauce in it, and I am allergic to oysters!) There is some "programme" in the restaurant in the evening, in the form of 4 girls dancing and two people organising some competitions. However, the volume of the music or of the activity is so high that you can listen to it easily from your own room on floor 9. People in the reception say that the hotel is fully booked throughout the year, so there is no reason to invest in improvements. Personally, I won't go back.

It’s ok. Restaurant is mediocre and food takes a long time to arrive. Elevators are chaotic and slow as others say. Rooms are good. Photos are of a “superior suite” as it’s being sold.
