Cenetra Hotel

Had a conference to attend in Kabuga, and this hotel was the closest to our meeting place. We had a great stay here, and the staff were all very friendly; be it the cleaners or the waiters at the restaurant or even the reception area. The rooms are quite comfortable and it helps that the hotel is situated in a very quiet area. If peace and quiet are what you want, this hotel meets those requirements for sure. The views are also great from this place as you can see great landscapes. The food at the restaurant was also quite good. The only issues we had were the WiFi consistency and the water pressure. While we were there, there was a big group of students from overseas who were staying there, and I think the hotel struggles to meet all the needs of the occupants when they are many. The water pressure is very low when many are using it at the same time, and the WiFi comes and goes as well. These issues, however, are fixable. So, other than those two issues, everything else was fine.

Great service. Spacious rooms. Great and healthy foods. I really loved the servant heart of their personnel. Nice and smiling faces all around. The downside is a shortage of running water once in a while. I had to skip my evening shower due to a lack of water. Another downside is unstable internet and poor coverage of the WiFi network in several rooms.

Good place for retreat, conference, meeting, wedding, birthday. God bless you all

The place is beautiful and tranquil with a spectacular view looking at Muyumbu. For someone who wants to be someone for outing and working out from the office/home. The hotel has small and medium hals for meeting/training and wedding.
