The place is actually far better than the photos. The rooms are much more spacious than it appears in the photos. But the best part of it is the receptionist, Ahmad, who was very very kind, often going beyond to help me and my family. Overall, I will say that our stay at Madinah became smooth because of Ahmad at this wonderful place. A huge recommendation!

Very Convenient from Haram Pak, Great mosque Makkah. Although there is construction going on but it doesn't stop you to go though to Kabbah

Alhamdulillah, low budget is really suitable... The road is a bit uphill so far it's OK. There is a 24-hour bus and one runs every 5 minutes, the view is very clear of the Zamzam tower and the Grand Mosque. There is an Indonesian mini market, barbershop and restaurant... everything is complete... recommended for those with a low budget.

The stay was quite comfortable, the only downside was that it was quite far from the Grand Mosque, so it is not recommended for those who are not used to walking long distances and are in a hurry."

stayed on the last nights of Ramadan, the shuttle bus was not operating because the roads were congested everywhere. but to walk it is not too far, about 20-30 minutes, depending on the road conditions and our steps. in general, this hotel will be the main alternative if one day given the opportunity to return to the Baitullah in the month of Ramadan, because: easy access, the price is still affordable, there is an electric kettle and refrigerator (this is very important), the bath water has a choice of hot water, the staff are friendly and can speak English (this is also an important point 😊), around there are many who sell juice and food, close to the supermarket too.

The room (including the bathroom) is spacious and clean. The facilities are excellent. However, the distance to Masjidil Haram is quite far. They have 24 hours shuttle bus but we still need to walk around 8-10 minutes from the halte bus to mosque area

Friendly price, distance according to price, there is a free shuttle bus to Jarwal terminal, walk about 800m to the mosque courtyard

The room is quite clean according to its class.
The distance is quite far from the Grand Mosque, there is a shuttle bus but from the bus terminal to the mosque is still about 1 KM.
The taxi fare from the hotel to the mosque is SAR 30.

A fairly crowded and nice hotel where many Umrah pilgrims stay. Tower 1 is equipped with quite a lot of lifts so that the process of going up and down from the 29th floor is comfortable and smooth. The front office staff are quite friendly, helpful and quick to serve. The only drawback is that the room cleaners often pretend to forget to give a ration of bottled water, tea/coffee/sugar/creamer if they are not given a tip.
