Very good hotel. All the staff were very nice and professional. The facilities were very clean and the restaurant food was good too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Great experience

Everything was good there at the hotel. Plus the price was reasonable for me. Probably, It was a discounted price. It would be very good if the distance was 0.6 kilometres so that I could come to Masjid & area quickly by walk. However, I would definitely come to this hotel again in the future if I get very good discount price (£15- £20 per night) :).

This hotel is in Mispala, not in the courtyard of the Harom Mosque, I felt trapped by this hotel, so I didn't check in at this hotel because it was beyond my expectations.

I am very disappointed with m hotel Makkah by Millenium because I have booked far in advance when I arrived in Mecca I could not check in because there is a new rule that requires guests to have a hajj visa while I only do umrah, when I could not check in I applied for a refund or rescheduling, I booked through traveloka, but traveloka informed me that the hotel did not approve my refund and rescheduling, until now there is still no clarity, I feel very disadvantaged, because of the mistake. Not on me, but on the hotel side, I hope the hotel can follow up on this problem and approve my refund/rescheduling, because I am also a customer who often stays at this hotel, and a refund/rescheduling is my right as a customer.

My stay was comfortable, room was clean and quiet but I was give a handicap room but no problem. Bus was helpful, they could maybe have a pamflet or clear instructions to use the bus to Masjidil Haram but once I figured it out it was easy.

Hotel berjarak +/- 3 km dari masjidil haram, tersedia shuttle bus gratis dengan frekuensi setiap 30 menit dari hotel ke drop point shuttle bus station di belakang Zamzam Tower. Proses check in cepat, untuk check in pukul 16.00 dan check out pukul 12.00. Kamar bersih dengan fasilitas yang lengkap, air mineral, hair dryer, setrika, deposit box, perlengkapan mandi. Kamar di bersihkan setiap hari serta di depan hotel ada yang menawarkan city tour oleh drive taxi dengan harga beragam.

Staying here twice is really good, check-in can be earlier so you can rest more optimally. There is a bus transfer facility to Harom (staying Thursday during the Hajj season). I don't know if it's outside the Hajj season, maybe there is too.
