- friendly hotel staff - can borrow scales in the lobby to make sure our luggage is not overweight - unlike hotels in Indonesia, this hotel does not clean the room. So the towels are guarded - distance to the gate of the Nabawi mosque: 1 km, which is to gate 365. From there continue to gate 37 - from the hotel to Medina airport: 21 km. If using Uber, they said it would be 30 riyals. But I didn't try this because I was hesitant because other online taxis asked for 150 riyals! Finally, I used a taxi offered by the hotel staff: 60 riyals

The staff was very helpful and the bed was sufficiently comfortable. It was clean and neat as well. I also like the location, which is within 10-15 minutes from Al Haram. However, there were some noises from people outside that could be heard even after midnight. Probably because I was staying in the last 10 days of Ramadan when people usually stay awake till very late. Overall, for the price I paid, it was a good stay.

Friendly staff, easy & fast check in, clean & fragrant rooms, complete amenities & there is a dispenser, 20 minutes walk to the Nabawi Mosque, many Bangladeshi people around.

Cheap price, location is quite far but still OK for walking to the Prophet's Mosque

We got additional service in the form of early check in, at least we could take a shower first

The hotel is comfortable and clean, besides that the hotel service is also good. Here we are served optimally, helping with our needs. Thank you Aram Hotel, it keeps getting better.

Alhamdulillah, the receptionist was friendly, the room was very clean and there were many restaurants near the hotel.
