“Best Stay, Food and Service” Amazing hotel with great weather. Rooms are comfortable and hygienic. Food was tasty. The staff is helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Chetan from front desk for being so welcoming and attentive, as per our request he has upgraded our room which makes our experience best. I was truly impressed by the level of care and professionalism. Highly recommended to everyone. Looking forward to visit again

This is an extremely honest review.Unless you have been invited by Radisson Karjat, I’d suggest choose a different property to celebrate or relax.Had booked a room for my anniversary.Tried getting in touch with them before hand to ask if they could do anything to make it special.I called one number,they diverted me to a second person who had no idea and asked me to speak to a third person and ultimately i decided I’m done.I even contemplated cancelling the reservation. The property is located far away from Karjat city and with the roads under construction,it takes a while to reach there.The room was beautiful and had a lovely view.They take a lot of group bookings and that can make the situation a little chaotic.They are also booked for weddings.However, those events are away from the main property and hence you won’t be disturbed.They have a limited menu(chicken methi was delicious). They did send a cake for the anniversary which was really sweet.The breakfast buffet was good but the live counter items took forever to reach our table probably because they were under staffed Did I have an enjoyable experience?The experience was pretty average Would I visit again?No

The resort is amazing with good facilities and good for a weekend getaway But please make sure there is no wedding planned here during your stay. The staff was very inattentive and unresponsive because of the weddings planned on the venue. We had to call 8-10 times to get anything done

The resort is 3 hours from Mumbai airport, in a peaceful hill station. 5 stars for the property, staff, food and everything else. Raj from reception was knowledgeable and efficient. I’d recommend this place for events as well as family vacations. Villas have their own parking space, which is great. Would love to visit again! Thanks for the hospitality!

I went with my family. Stay were very good and comfortable. A big salute for this hospitality. Rooms are well maintained and hygienic. There place are very safe and secure. Food and drinks also very good and awesome.hotel lightings are luxur, great view and high tec. Over all the ambiance of the resort was excellent .
