ibis Aberdeen Centre - Quayside

The Ibis is in a good city centre location next to an NCP car park. The rooms are basic but comfy, very clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast was the only disappointment with barely warm food, an over stood egg and no forks or spoons in the cutlery tray. I have stayed here before and will do again next time I visit Aberdeen.

Handy enough hotel. Large room, modular type bathroom spacious. Shower only.

Good price and staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too difficult.

For a mid-range priced hotel this is very good value and was very comfortable and in good location.

Dog friendly. Lovely place close to the maritime Museum

Cooked Breakfast was cold 2 days in a row. Lack of bowls and service area not kept clean.

Good hotel, reasonable price & central location. Rooms clean & comfortable. Only small issue was the hotel was quite busy with people checking in & only one person working so had to wait a bit to get served a drink. No big deal though and would stay again.

Good location, very central, shops near by and the beach is a short walk away. Friendly staff are there 24/7, easy check in and out. Bed was average but comfortable, the bedframe was gross, it needs a clean with fabric cleanser as quite alot of dirt. No hot water in the room, hot tap did not work and the hot shower only worked on the first night then refused to heat up again, so had to have a lukewarm shower which was not great after coming in from tbe cold winter weather and rain. I was not a fan of the eco toliet paper as it smelt like cheese, good on them though. Shampoo and body wash are provided in the room, a bath mat, towels and a hairdryer. Good choice of Tv channels, some brainrot but still good. The room was nice and quiet, although that really depends on which room you get as ive heard it can be noisy in others. To be fair we came during the week so I can imagine it is not so great on weekends. I can not comment on the sound proofing as the hotel was not busy at the time. I liked the blackout curtains and extra pillow they provided, I had a pretty good sleep, though my boyfriend disagrees. The room decor could do wirh an update as dated and worn. We did not get food there as very expensive per person, we think overpriced for what you get, also £15 for a hotel pizza is very steep, sorry. Doors are not open all night, doors lock at 5am, so keep in mind. Other than that, a good stay.

I have been to this hotel before but this time I am less happy especially as the sink is plugged and the weather evacuates very slowly.

We had a good stay at the hotel. Cant fault it at all. Room was clean. Not a hige room but fine enough.

Great location, very clean and tidy

Super friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Had a small issue with lightning in the bathroom - spoke to reception - sorted in ten minutes. Room made up each day too. My first Ibis experience will not be my last.

A great central site. Clean rooms and excellent T facilities. Friendly staff.
